1. Precautionary Measures for this Surgery : 1.Do laparoscopy to diagnose single uterus. 2.Complete procedure in single view without loss of pressure. 3.Keep visualising both ostia to keep in midline. 4.Lateral cut margin should stop 1cm from ostia. 5.Resection is complete when muscle fibres are visible and vessels bleed. 6.Better to under cut than over cut and weaken uterus
